BTC Law and The Legal Team Win Pro Bono Case, Recovering Low-Income Client’s Hard-Earned Money from Contractor Who Failed to Perform

Miami, Florida – June 24, 2025 – BTC Law and The Legal Team are proud to announce a significant pro bono victory on behalf of our client, a low-income member of the community who hired a contractor with his hard-earned savings to try to remodel his kitchen.  As occurs too often, the contractor failed to fulfill its contractual obligations.  BTC Law and The Legal Team filed suit to protect our client’s rights. In full vindication, the court issued a judgment in favor of our client for the amount owed.  We subsequently resolved the matter for the full sum paid by our client.

This outcome highlights our firms’ shared commitment to pro-bono work and the effective application of our litigation experience. Our legal team successfully navigated the complexities of the case and, more importantly, secured justice for a client who lacked the economic means to vindicate his contractual rights.
