Roxana Hanze is a legal professional at BTC Law with a background in legal research, case coordination, and client support across corporate, civil, and criminal-related matters. Her work focuses on supporting matters involving white collar defense, criminal law, tax-related issues, and civil disputes, with a particular interest in investigations, financial crimes, and cross-border legal matters involving Latin America. 

Prior to joining BTC Law, Roxana worked at Hanze | Alvear & Asociados in Guayaquil, Ecuador, where she supported attorneys in corporate, civil, family and international matters involving both local and multinational clients. Her experience included legal research, document preparation, case organization, regulatory follow-up, contract-related support, and client coordination. She also assisted with evidence analysis and case preparation, helping attorneys manage complex matters requiring detailed organization, accuracy, and strategic review of supporting documentation. ​​

Roxana earned her Master of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Northeastern University and holds an LL.B. from Universidad Católica Santiago de Guayaquil.
